Definition: Mentors are experienced professionals who guide and support our Scholars throughout their journey at The Institute.
Commitments: Regular one-on-one meetings with assigned Scholars, participation in Institute events, and sharing professional expertise and industry insights.
Benefits: Access to talented young professionals, opportunities to give back to the next generation, invitations to exclusive Institute events, and networking with other industry leaders.
