Stephen Raymond is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 30 years of experience structuring and mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and leveraged buyouts.  As a Managing Director at The DAK Group, Stephen heads the Philadelphia office, advising CEOs and entrepreneurs of middle-market, privately held companies on sell-side and buy-side transactions, financial restructurings, and value maximization strategies. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director at The Benchmark Group, delivering M&A advisory and corporate finance solutions to privately held businesses.
