Michele Johnson is a highly accomplished global supply chain and procurement leader with 20+ years of progressive leadership experience managing internal and outsourced global supply chains logistics and operations in the life science industry. She is an Incisive leader with ability to deliver customer value through efficient supply chains, while establishing strong internal partner relationships and vendor/supplier management, all through positive facilitative leadership of diverse teams.

Throughout my career, I have had mentors whom have helped me navigate my career.   I think having one whilst in college or graduate school, it would have been very beneficial.  Being part of a truly Catholic university excites me because it is important to have leaders in industry, academia, or other vocations who are grounded in our faith, which is critical. There are so many challenges we face every day and having someone to talk with is important to personal growth, whether just starting or towards the end of one's career. I like that Ave Maria is grounded in the Catholic faith and has a special devotion to our Blessed Mother. I look forward to becoming a member of this community even in a small way.
