Genevieve McNalis currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Department of State, providing legal counsel to the Division of Elections and the Office of Election Crimes and Security. Previously, Genevieve clerked at the Florida Supreme Court. Genevieve holds a B.S. in Biology from Ave Maria University, and she is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
