Deborah has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and the private sector. She is the Special Advisor on Human Trafficking for the Order of Malta’s Mission to the United Nations and founded Global Strategic Operatives (GSO) to train healthcare systems globally on identifying trafficking victims.

Deborah founded Nurses with Global Impact, Inc. to honor nurses making a global difference and hosts the International Nurses Day at the UN. Deb resides in New York and Massachusetts with her husband, Steve.
