Bret Francis Meich is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for American Battery Technology Company. There, he oversees legal, compliance, regulatory, governance, and government affairs for a business focused on lithium-ion battery recycling and lithium metal exploration. A graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, Bret brings exceptional expertise in appellate work, employment law, and construction disputes. Beyond his career, he is connected to Ave Maria University through his wife, Gloria, an alumna and board member, with whom he shares the joy of raising their four children.
